Our journey begins by evaluating your breathing. We will examine its mechanics, biochemistry, and influence of past events such as stress and trauma. Right away we will determine and breathing patterns and lifestyle habits that can be improved upon.
We will cover the foundational elements of pranayama and functional breathing. Giving you the tools to instantly affect every cell in your body in a positive way.
During our time together you will learn a wide range of breathing techniques. Each one designed with a specific outcome providing immediate and long term benefits.
Take control of the way your mind and body operates with breathing that moves you from sympathetic to parasympathetic with guaranteed results.
Learn the science behind proven methods that improve blood flow to the brain and increases oxygen delivery on demand and eventually 24/7.
Learn techniques to effectively lower stress and anxiety. Feel calmer and more relaxed or fully alert and awake ready to take on the world in moments.
Activate the diaphragm to breath the correct way from a mechanical perspective.
Utilize different methods to prepare the body for deep restorative sleep including sleep posture, mouth taping, and environmental factors.
Identify bad habits and incorrect information that is misleading and negatively impacts your health.
Conditions like long covid, sensitive nervous systems or age need a tailored approach that can be carefully applied to fit your needs.
Many of these methods can be implemented in your normal waking life and don't require extra time to practice them.

We begin by setting the foundation for your breathing transformation journey. We will do a full breathing assessment and implement changes immediately to address the way you breath biochemically, biomechanically, and psychologically. We will cover the basics and provide you with guided breathing and relaxation exercises backed by science and thousands of years of tradition.
Over the next four weeks we meet weekly to introduce new breathing techniques and lifestyle changes. Each session provides practical information, guided breathing experiences and time for feedback. The progress is continuously tailored to meet your goals and keep you on track.
After a 6-8 week interval we will conclude with a follow up session to review your progress and address any challenges that may have presented itself. This gap in time allows for a full integration of all the methods learned during our time together.
As your coach my role is to ensure you're supported and meeting your goals with the program. I am committed to helping you achieve significant health improvements.
You'll start noticing improvements with the first session we work together and life changing progress will be apparent by the end of the program.
